- Payment Before Delivery (PBD) Clients: Orders are processed within 1β2 business hours after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, payment validation, inventory checks, and quality inspection of the product. High-demand items or products requiring assembly may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in advance if any delay occurs.
- Payment On Delivery (POD) Clients: Orders are processed within 2β4 business hours after confirmation. PBD orders take priority. POD orders are limited to a total product value of Ksh. 50,000/- due to past operational statistics.
- Shipping Options
Bestsella offers multiple delivery methods to suit different needs:
- Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective. Delivered within 1β3 business hours within Nairobi.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery, typically within a day for locations outside Nairobi.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select Nairobi areas for orders placed before the cutoff time at 5pm.
Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method, product weight, dimensions, destination, and security requirements. Customers are notified of the delivery cost prior to dispatch and must approve before the order is processed.
- Delivery Timeframe
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary due to:
- Product availability
- Delivery location and accessibility
- Weather or natural events
- Customs or regulatory inspections for international shipments
- Strikes, protests, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Order Tracking
- International Shipments: Each order receives a unique tracking number. Customers can track shipments in real time via the courierβs tracking portal. Updates include dispatch, transit, and delivery notifications.
- Local (Nairobi) Shipments: Delivery personnel will provide updates during the delivery process, including expected delivery time, method, and cost. Customers are advised to be patient and maintain communication with the delivery personnel.
- Shipping Restrictions
Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times. For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and local import regulations may affect delivery schedules. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- Delivery Confirmation
Deliveries within Nairobi require a signature upon receipt to confirm successful delivery and ensure rider security. If no one is available to receive the order, a notice will be left, the client will be notified, and a redelivery attempt can be scheduled at the customerβs cost again.
- Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
Bestsella carefully checks, tests, and packages all products before shipment. Proof of inspection can be provided upon customer request.
- Incorrect Items: Eligible for return or exchange immedietely after delivery as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
- Damaged or Lost Products: Bestsella is not liable for damage or loss caused by courier firms. Customers should use reliable courier services with insurance or warranties for added protection for their location.
- Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged products during courier delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should select shipping options with insurance and warranty.
- Bestsella does not accept claims for damage caused by courier firms, both locally and internationally.
- Delivery charges for returns or exchanges for wrong orders by clients are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
- Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct delivery addresses, contact details, and confirm delivery costs and any special instructions. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delayed or failed deliveries.
- Amendments to Delivery Terms
